[Biography] Bai Jingting

A lot of people become famous because they did something they were good at when they were young. For example, some people are good dancers. A person who is good at sports would be doing sports. Bai Jinting is a person who is good at piano but suddenly decided to become an actor.

Born in Beijing on October 15, 1993, Bai Jingting came from a common family. His father is a taxi driver, so money is not abundant. But because he valued his son, he bought him a piano when he was young and taught him to excel.

Bai Jingting also practiced diligently and won awards. He passed Grade 10. But Bai Jingting didn't enjoy playing the piano so much. But when his parents borrowed 10,000 yuan from others to buy a good piano, he continued to practice well. He also told the piano teacher to give him a discount.

By the time he reached high school, he had become Bai Jingting, a rebellious teenager. He didn't want to write, playing games. He did sports and that's it. Even after specializing in long jump, he still practiced.

But Capital Normal University Music College, which is attached to his school, liked his piano skills and admitted him regardless of his grades. While studying music, he decided to become an actor in his first year. Isn't he the one who doesn't have contact? So, on the Internet, he searched for movie companies, read about production companies and applied for jobs. Even in a Korean company, he was interviewed and became a trainee.

From there, he knew people in this field. Before he met this person, the translation staff girl from the Korean company told him that they were interviewing for the "Back in Time" series, so he answered. That was in 2014.

He answered that he had no experience. Like others, he had never done theater dancing. He was the one who played the piano. So all the dialogues and acting are out of the question. But his style matched the youthful look of the desired character, so the company called him again the next day and asked him to act in the place of some characters. There, Bai Jingting was a very quick learner. With that, he got the chance to act as the second actor in that drama, and that was the beginning of becoming Bai Jingting today.

A year later, he appeared as a supporting character in The Whirlwind Girl, starring Yang Yang and Hu Bingqing, and people in the industry began to notice his acting. In the years that followed, he continued to make films and series, but it was the TV show Who's The Murderer that made him familiar to passers-by. There were even 6 seasons from 2016 to 2020, so people remember it well.

In 2017, he played the supporting role in Rush to the Dead Summer with Chen Xuedong and Zheng Shuang. It was a drama that made people recognize him because it was shown on TV.

Bai Jingting was not a one hit wonder. He was not a successful person. After opening that company, Bai Jingting started making investments before he turned 30. Together with Yuna Capital, which manages investors, Yuna Capital is the company that Su Weiming is the director of.

Most of Bai Jingting's dramas are shown on TV. In China, there are few romantic dramas shown on TV, so there are many dramas that are not popular internationally. By the time Reset was released in 2022, Bai Jingting had gained a lot of international fans. Even people who don't like Chinese drams will like it if they see it.
